The school follows the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Curriculum. The CBSE curriculum sees a high success rate due to its focus on analytical reasoning and logical thinking, rather than learning by rote. The CBSE board continually updates and upgrades its curriculum to meet its high standards of education and to stay relevant. The application-based and hands-on learning model includes children active in the learning process, thus making school more fun than work.
At ASM Empros International School we provide students opportunities to creatively express themselves through drawing, painting, collage and model making. They learn and sing new songs and rhymes, participate in cultural activities and learn the nuances of speech and drama. These activities instill in the students, at an early age, a sense of confidence in their own abilities.
The curriculum for the Nursery and Prep students is grounded in active learning. Pedagogy to focus on good behaviour, courtesy, ethics, personal hygiene, teamwork and cooperation. Students will be trained to attain optimal outcomes in the domain of physical and motor development, cognitive development, socio- emotional development, cultural and artistic development. At this stage the ECCE curriculum will be strictly followed.
The learning space is very thoughtfully constructed to make it fun, inviting and educational for the children. The students are provided with both open-ended play objects and objects with meaningful cause-and-effect relationships. This open exploration instils a natural curiosity and builds a solid foundation of basic concepts which sets them up to become life-long learners.
This is a gradual transition from play based learning to a more formal classroom learning. Introduction of subjects would begin and an emphasis on the 3Rs: Reading, Writing and Arithmetic, would be the main objective.

The methodology during these years is subject-oriented and will strictly follow the CBSE curriculum designed by the Board.
Students will have subject teachers specialized in their respective subjects to teach the class. The curriculum for Standard VII to X envisages individualized learning acumen and seeks to explore the potential of students in acquiring substantial knowledge and skills through academic rigors. The focus remains on the Sciences, Social Sciences, Mathematics and the Languages.
Co-scholastic activities, which encourage holistic development are also integrated into the curriculum. Students are provided the opportunity to think laterally, critically, identify opportunities, challenge their potential and be open to new ideas.
Hindi, as a second language, is taught from Std. I to Std. X.
Marathi is taught as a mandatory third language up to Std. V, after which the child may continue with Marathi or opt for Sanskrit.
